A few photos, roughly what you want done, your town or cross streets, and any date you are working against — a lease turnover, a closing, a family visit. That is enough for us to tell you whether it is a quick repair or a real project, and to set the visit.
Fayetteville, Raeford, Hope Mills, Spring Lake and Lillington, plus Red Springs, St. Pauls, Parkton, Rex, Shannon, Antioch, Woodbridge, Wade, Eastover, Vander, Judson and Cedar Creek — about an hour to an hour and a half out from Fayetteville. If you are outside that, call and ask — it depends on the job.
Call rather than text, and try both numbers. A photo of where the water is coming in, and a photo of the roof from the ground on that same side of the house, tells us a lot before anybody drives out.
